This is a lovely modern two bedroom unit right on the beachfront at Bilinga. In a small building with 6 units, it's a beautiful quiet spot to enjoy your holiday. This unit has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room which open onto the balcony and overlook the beach and walking track. It has a lovely homely and comfortable feel to it and has been furnished beautifully. This unit has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The shower is also fitted with a hand rail, to accommodate guests of all abilities. Within walking distance to public transport and only a short drive to Coolangatta and Tugun where you can find restaurants, shops and cafes you are in a great location. You are also only minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire by calling 07 5522 6058 or visiting www.burleighhire.com. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, washing up liquid etc. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
