Apartment Manuel No 1 is located on the ground floor of the house with a beautiful view of the garden, swimming pool and green surroundings. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a kitchen, living room and a terrace with table and chairs. All rooms are air conditioned. The kitchen is large and equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator). Guest have access to free Wi-Fi and private parking wich is located in front of the house. Youth groups are not welcome. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Istrian gardens, warm sunshine and the blue sea. For an active holiday you can choose between hiking, biking, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, minigolf and boat rental. You can choose between pebble and stone beaches. Beaches are equipped with changing rooms, showers and many sports activities. Old pine trees reach down to the sea. Lovers of active holidays can reach the beach by bike or by car.
