We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Matignon, this charming stone house, frontage exposed full South, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: three single beds (1 of 90×190 and 2 of 90×200).
- WC with hand wash basin.
Exterior:
- An enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. From the kitchen you have access to an annex and to the second garden.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Matignon, 2 minutes by car from the city center, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, a shopping center at 10 minutes...

- Visit of the Emerald Coast.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly at the back of the house near the kitchen (1 vehicle), the garage can hold 1 vehicle.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1h15 by car.
