Licence Number: 25958/AL Monte Dourado 1 is a spacious and well equipped two bedroom apartment on the very popular Monte Dourado complex in Carvoeiro, this apartment is ideal if you want to be a short distance from the town and beach without the noise of an apartment right in the center. This ground floor apartment with a great sized terrace is situated on one of the smaller Monte Dourado blocks which shares a pool with just 12 apartments so it´s a great place to relax in the sunshine. On entrance to the apartment there is a small entrance hall leading through to a bright lounge with TV, DVD player and CD player as well as a selection of books for your enjoyment. The Wi-Fi and TV system has just been upgraded for 2019. The lounge has comfortable seating for 4 people and a dining area with table and chairs for 4, there is a wood burner available if you are renting the apartment through the winter. The lounge opens up onto the terrace area where there is a dining area with pool views and easy pool access. The Kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with everything required to prepare and serve meals. There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 singles) and two bathrooms. The apartment has been well decorated throughout and we hope it has everything to make it like home from home, it offers a good amount of space for a two bedroom apartment so ideal for families, couples or groups of friends The terrace area looks over the pool which is a lovely spacious area with loungers and parasols and as well as the main pool it also has a separate shallow pool area ideal for young children. There is also a heated pool available in the winter months, this is just a few minutes away from the apartment. The Monte Dourado has a reception service with also tennis courts available for hire, all equipment can be hired at reception. The property is now under new management from November 2020.
