We have NO available parking space in the building but we can extend assistance if you have a self-driven car and recommend a parking space nearby.
Note: The building where our rooms/units are located is OLD. Honestly, there are obvious wear and tear to it that you would notice upon arrival and along the way. But rest assured that your stay won't be affected by this as all our rooms are brand new, cleaned and disinfected within the government's safety protocol standards, elegantly renovated, with 24 hours staff on standby and is on superb/pristine condition!

Smoking is allowed at the balcony room(Given that the room you booked has a balcony as part of your amenity)
Otherwise, smoking should ONLY be done on the building's designated smoking area or strictly outside the room. Damages as a result of smoking inside the room will be charged accordingly.
