It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

- Two bathrooms with shower
- A separate toilet
Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool, open from April until the end of the All Saints' vacation (early November). Size: 4 / 8 meters.
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² with outdoor furniture and plancha to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two uncovered terraces of 20 m² each and one covered terrace of 20 m².
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
