The sea is 45 minutes away. This charming, fully renovated stone house is newly equipped and offers space, comfort, and modernity.
The cottage was designed on the ground floor to facilitate the stay of guests with mobility difficulties, with a bedroom featuring wide doors and a generously sized walk-in shower.
- On the ground floor, the 55 m² living space includes the kitchen, living room, and lounge. You'll also enjoy a bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private shower room, a laundry room, and a toilet.
- On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, another bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The landing is a children's play area. Private parking for 3 vehicles is available. The cottage features a south-facing terrace with a barbecue, as well as a garden at the rear of the house with a children's swing.
A teleworking space is available in a bedroom upstairs.
