This wonderful luxury Scandinavian-style holiday home is situated on the shores of the River Erne in a wildlife reserve. Less than a five-minute drive to the little town of Belturbet, the property is within easy reach of shops, traditional pubs and some good restaurants.
With the setting beside the jetty, it is impossible not to want to explore the Shannon Erne waterway by boat. But there are also lovely marked walkways and cycle paths along the water's edge, making these holiday homes perfect for a holiday on land or water. Bicycles are available for hire locally in Belturbet.

A large open garden (partially decked) with garden furniture and a BBQ is available for our guests. There is a gas central heating system in this property, and an additional plug-in heater is stored under the stairs.
A separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is available downstairs. The extra closet is also fitted under the stairs for extra storage.
No smoking and no pets.
WIFI is available, towels are supplied & travel cot is available on request.
The house also features a private dock, perfect for launching or mooring your own boat or a rented one during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed, or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter, while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival, how this is calculated or before making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €300 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at other times it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.
