The unit overlooks a tropical landscaped garden from their private porches. A 12 x 12 furnished gazebo in the backyard facing the intracoastal... great place to relax and have morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Fish from the Intracoastal seawall or on your beautiful private beach. Walking distance to two restaurants/bars and a grocery store is just 2 miles away. Most important, you will experience the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every afternoon.
Boat docks have been remodeled!! Bring your boat... you may dock you boat (with electricity and water) in the back and there is enough room for your boat trailer in the front of the property for just $20 p/night!! Watercraft are also welcome at $15 p/day. Please let owner know, in advance, so that the rate may be added to the quote.
