The Park Street Guest Cottage is located at the end of Park Street in a serene country setting, walkable to town (0.5 mile), Park & Main, from another udder ice cream, Carlton Bakery, tasting rooms, shops, other restaurants, community pool, parks and more.
The cottage has two master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with smart, cable tv, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The backyard has a paver patio, fire pit, BBQ, garden, etc.
The cottage has been completely remodeled and shares a wall with our private home. There is ample off-street parking. There is NO washer/dryer.
The cottage is ideal for two couples or families staying in the area.

Summary: Perfect location to all Carlton has to offer and wineries galore! The house was perfect, not too big, not too small and nicely remodeled. Two masters were very impressive, kitchen had all necessary needs plus more. You will love the merging of contemporary and antique decor and furnishings. Cute outdoor area for enjoying summer evenings in Oregon. A true diamond in the rough!
