With a surface area of 200 m², this residence can accommodate up to 10 travellers and is composed as follows Warm living space with its fireplace overlooking the garden, very large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its adjoining shower room, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

Day area on the ground floor:
- Large and beautiful living room of 40 m² bright thanks to its southern exposure arranged with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, hammock and coffee table articulated around a functional fireplace.
- Modern kitchen of 60 m² fully equipped with: wooden dining table, 10 chairs, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Access to a shaded north-facing terrace for lunch.
- Laundry room with washing machine and toilet.
Night space on the 1st floor:
- South-facing master suite with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and its adjoining shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom opens onto a 25 m² balcony with two chairs and a table.
