Summary: What a great time we had at 'la maison girafe'. Our family (two adults, 2 kids (11 and 13) all enjoyed! The property is great and has everything you need. After visiting Germany and Rome, Dordogne and la maison girafe' were the perfect restful stop before moving on. The pool and ping pong table was a hit with the kids especially as we arrived in a heat wave. We loved having meals out back in the cozy terrace area. There are 3 chickens on the property and it was fun to spot them. The location is amazing. Can walk into the town of Carsac in 20 minutes where you can get groceries and wine. A short drive to everything in Dordogne. Our hosts were lovely and have truly created a beautidul space to live. Thanks for sharing it with us!
