This comfortable four-bedroom home is nestled in a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. Enter an open and bright main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The vaulted ceiling and large windows create an airy, light-filled space. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and a ceiling fan.
Musicians are encouraged to filled the space with beautiful music from the grand piano in the living room. The living room is open to the dining area and the kitchen beyond. A slider from the dining area leads to the large deck. The nicely equipped kitchen is just around the corner from the dining area.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one with a queen bed and the other with a double (full) bed. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
The lower level has a roomy den with comfortable seating and a game table--perfect for puzzles, card and board games. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full (double bed) and one has two twins. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower. The washer and dryer are also located in the lower level. There is a slider leading outside from the den.
The lovely wrap-around deck has a dining table with chairs and a gas grill. This is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower on the other side of the house.
A/C: The home has ductless split unit air conditioners in the main living area, the two first floor bedrooms, the lower level bedroom (closest to the slider) and the lower level den. (The second lower level bedroom with two twins does not have an a/c unit.)
The home is just over a mile to Duck Pond (a little over a 20-minute walk per Google Maps; a few parking spaces with town beach sticker)--one of the town's beloved freshwater ponds. Short drive to Wellfleet Center and Wellfleet Harbor for amazing restaurants, shops and galleries. Enjoy the Wellfleet's weekly farmers market, live entertainment at Wellfleet Preservation Hall and WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), golfing at the Chequessett Yacht Club, and biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Visit some of the Cape's best beaches on the bay or ocean side of town plus Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Only a 20-minute ride to Provincetown for more restaurants and shops plus live shows, night clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and other fun on the water!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
