In minutes you can be on the beach or into town! It boasts 6 bedrooms, three full newly renovated bathrooms, one half bathroom and has a lovely private outdoor shower! The recently renovated kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering around the large custom farmhouse table. It's the perfect home for a long family stay on the Island to soak up some time with friends and family. Beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for all. Views of the sound and harbor. Back patio with plenty of seating to eat outdoors with grill as well as large side yard.
There is a spacious cozy living room and seating area for family gatherings. The first floor has a large brand new master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom as well as heating and air conditioning. Upstairs there are two large master bedrooms, each with king beds, a new large bunk room with two sets of bunk beds that's perfect for kids and has heating and air conditions, one room with two twin beds, and a third floor tower room which has a full bed and A/C. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. There are two newly renovated full bathrooms upstairs. The new front bathroom has a large shower and double sink and the rear bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. Television, cable and wifi throughout the house! Full washer and dryer are in the back utility room. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
Our home is perfect for two or three families or one large one. Also a great getaway for friends to gather.
