Just 20 minutes from Valence and Crest, enjoy your vacation for a breath of fresh air in Allex. The place is peaceful and the location is ideal for visiting the Drôme valley and the Diois and its major tourist sites between Vercors and Drôme Provençale. Not forgetting the Ardèche which is not so far on the other side of the Rhône (10km). Be careful, you can quickly fall in love with the beautiful high ceilings, the stone walls, the beams and the authentic character that we wanted to preserve. In the surrounding area in a close radius: aquarium des tropiques (4km), Ramières station-house of the nature reserve (5km). Upie zoo (10 min), Etoile Park water sports center (15min), Lorient park (15min), the hilltop villages of Mirmande, Marsanne and Cliousclat (20min) ... Very fast access to the A7: 15min from exits n ° 15 Valence-Sud and n ° 16 Loriol. Valence-TGV station is 30 minutes away.
Welcome to our family home from 1850! The gîte des Moutiers is located in the eastern part, where the sheepfold and the shed were located. We live on site but you have a separate entrance. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, 3 steps with a banister lead to the living room/lounge, then the corridor (5 steps with a banister) leads to the 2 bedrooms (2x80x200) (1x140x190), the shower room and the separate toilet. Outside: parking on the property, shaded terrace with no overlooked east-facing views with pergola, wisteria and parasols, ping-pong table, garden, laundry room with washing machine, freezer and possibility of storing your bikes. In the village of Allex: pharmacy, mini-market, bakeries, pizzeria, tobacconist's/post office, hairdresser, distributor, farm sales, bus line n°28 Valence-Crest. For over 20 years we have been welcoming our guests with passion and kindness.
