Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and has an exceptional location just a 2min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 95, 13, 25 and has a streetcar stop nearby.... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city.
We offer a 'ready-to-move-in' room , providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area.
Contract conditions:
The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be paid by the tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY).
There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.
For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
