This home is located in the Secluded Dunes neighborhood of Port St. Joe, Florida, situated on North Cape San Blas. This gated luxury community offers residents a tranquil and private environment, with properties often featuring direct Gulf frontage and elevated positions providing panoramic water views. - If you would like the hot tub to be heated, it is a $50 per night fee. If you would like the hot tub AND pool heated, it is a $125 per night fee that will be charged separate from your initial booking. Please inform us after booking if this is something you would like!
