Additional entertainment includes a Play Station 3 and a great selection of games. Features include: * Open plan living with flat screen TV and Play Station 3, dining and kitchen area with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (some podsprovided upon arrival but guest to supply their own) * 3 bedrooms - master with a queen size bed, second bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom with a set of bunks * New bathroom with the shower over the bath, vanity and w/c * Second shower and separate w/c in the laundry which also has a washing machine * Part covered part shaded rear outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture * Fully fenced rear yard with a nice garden and lawn area * Landscaped and private front yard with lawn and an outdoor shower * Off street parking with a carport for 2 cars *Sorry no pets This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property.
