Le Murier is a holiday home for six persons in the Dordogne four kilometres from picturesque medieval St. Cyprien. It has a wonderful view on all sides. Ideal for lovers of quietness, nature, panoramic views and all Dordogne has to offer such as medieval towns and castle, prehistoric sites and canoeing on the river. At circa 5 km distance there are two golf courts of 18 holes and a 5 minutes drive takes you to the river. The house is on a small dead end lane on a hill. it has two terraces one near the house and the other near the small pool. The holiday home is situated on a large terrain. There is plenty of privacy.
In the stylishly decorated home you will find a completely equipped kitchen annex dining and livingroom with a wood burner, on the mezanine (entre sol) a modern audio set, TV and DVD-player. In the completely equipped kitchen there are amongst others a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a gas stove and an oven. Of course there is access to the internet via Wi-Fi. Down stairs there is one double bedroom and bath room with shower, wash basin, washing machine. On the topfloor there are two bedrooms one with two singel beds and the other with a double bed. There is an cleaning fee for the cleaning lady of 75 euro. The caretaker speaks English, French and Dutch

Summary: Great holiday. Shame the weather wasnt a little warmer but glad we also avoided the heatwave the week before! Nice property but didnt use the pool (looked as though it should have been filled higher, just saying). Shame about the construction vehicles next door. A little bit too noisy at times. But plenty of space inside, clean and well equipped.
