We have a 7 Bedroom Large Detached House with a Separate 2 Bedroom Apartment which is child safe with railings surrounding the walkways all around, We have carried out extensive upgrades to the House and perimeters to make a more comfortable stay for our guests, The Main house is Airconditioned and also central heating to Accommodate all seasons being in the mountains of Quesa in the National park close to Valencia and Alicante Airports, surrounded by pines forests and lovely Natural pools and waterfall of Las Charcos the House has recently been built having 7 large bedrooms 5 Double and king size beds and 1 bedroom with Bunks and 1 bedroom with a single.The Kitchen has all the latest appliances microwave oven, Fridgefreezer, Air conditioning, Central heating, with satellite TV for those cosy nights in with a glass of wine. The Apartment has its own patio with table and chairs to soak up the sun, A lower large patio with Barb B Que area and relaxing seating area.
We have had the Outdoor Pool upgraded this year with new filters pumps etc and for those cooler evening swims we have added heating to the pool to heat to a lovely 30 plus degrees in the cooler months so you can swim all year round.
The Local village of Quesa has 5 bars within walking distance of the house 5 minutes.
The local municipal swimming pool is 5 minutes walk away with tennis courts and paddle courts.
