Summary: Overall we had a pleasant experience in Madrid. The pictures on line aren't exactly what we experienced, for example it was a different lounge suite, no decorative pillows etc. The kitchen was not cleaned sufficiently and there was bread left over from the previous guests. Although ok, a little attention to detail would be better..eg. clean pillow covers, door sticks to get in - we found this out after we couldn't get back in.
