Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway with a separate toilet. The bright living room is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Adjacent is the modern open kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, and a dining area for cozy meals.
On this level, you'll find one bedroom with a double box spring and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a 10 m² balcony a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. A separate laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.
