Apartement house with 9 modern equipped apartments located in Stanici near Omis, ideally situated only 30 m from the beach. Shaded parking lots, a berth with boat, barbecue and washing machine are available for general use. The large roof terrace is also for all guests of the house. All apartments are air-conditioned, have a. German TV, WiFi and a terrace or balcony with sea view. On request, a transfer service / airport can be arranged.
The arrival and departure days are freely selectable and there is no minimum stay. All apartments are non-smoking. The air conditioning can be used in all apartments 3 hrs / day free of charge. Each additional hour costs 0.50 €. Bed linen and towels are included (change once a week). The final cleaning is included in the price. No deposit is required.
