Positive: The location of the apartment is really close to the train station. We were able to pull our luggages (no stairs) and it took about 5-10min to reach. It is at the start of the main street and COOP supermarket is just 5min away. There is a small park right next to it, perfect if you have children with you! There is an office in the building but you have to take note of their operating hours. The staff there were friendly, approachable and they responded quickly to enquiries via booking platform/email. Luggage storage was available too! The apartment is accessible via lift. The room is spacious, clean, well-lit and comfortable. Everything works well. Full kitchenette is provided (they even have baking essentials, though we didn't use). The bathroom water heater and power were strong and there were two sinks available.

Negative: Bathroom: You have to stand on the bathtub to shower and it can be slippery when coming out. Have to be careful especially when travelling with elderly. There were several issues with the bathroom (One of the sink drain hole was spoilt) but none critical. We reported to the staff and they offered to have a technician come down if this bothers us. Great service! Toiletries: Bring your own body wash and shampoo as only a small set was provided. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are also not provided.
