This location is great for a romantic get-away or a chance to relax, recharge, commune with nature and enjoy dazzling Lake Martin views and gorgeous sunsets. It’s time to shake off the stress, step inside and let the lakefront view wash all your worries away.

Stoneview Summit is an amazing complex on the water with a beautiful pool enhanced by a stone waterwall and amazing waterslide only a few steps away. Next to the pool house is a large outdoor picnic pavilion complete with two stone wood burning fire pits, making it a perfect gathering place for friends and family. Our boat slip is right out front and convenient for your boating pleasure.

Our spacious condo has high ceilings and crown molding, solid oak flooring throughout the living area and foyer, tile in the laundry room and baths. The unit has been repainted with updated colors and will not disappoint. The open kitchen has wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The living area has a door that opens up to a spacious balcony with lots of outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. And most of all, it overlooks the gorgeous green waters of beautiful Lake Martin. You will have the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book, as you watch the water and the sunrise. The kitchen is updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful cabinets as well as all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large smart TV and lake front view.

Stillwaters is a gated community that provides comfort, security and stunning views of Lake Martin. Stoneview Summit also has a peaceful pool with slide, restrooms at the pool as well as picnic pavilion.
