When you arrive, you’ll find plenty of parking space for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. As you enter through the front door, you're welcomed by an open layout, leading either upstairs or down to the living areas.
Downstairs, you’ll discover a cozy first living room, perfect for sipping morning coffee, watching the kids or pups play outside, or even setting up a remote workspace. Off this space are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Our bunk room features a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top—ideal for 2 or 3 but listed for 2 to ensure comfort during long stays. Plus, there’s a secure lock on the door to keep the little ones safe!
Bedroom 2: A comfy queen bed with lots of storage, perfect for 1 or 2 guests. With a bathroom just down the hall, whoever stays here will have everything they need! There’s also a second sitting area with a TV and a daybed for any extra visitors.
Upstairs, you’ll find a gorgeous living space with a charming brick accent wall. The full kitchen has all the basics to cook, prep, and store meals during your stay. The living room, with its eye-catching fireplace (for show only!), is perfect for movie nights or family game time. This floor also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3: Spacious and welcoming, this king-sized room offers plenty of storage, making it easy to settle in for your month-long retreat.
Bedroom 4: There is a twin sized day bed that can expand into a king bed!
Finally, don’t miss the backyard! Accessible through the downstairs living room, it’s fully fenced for your pets and kids to play freely. Just keep an eye on those sneaky pets, as the fence is a little lower. And the best part? A full jungle gym that promises hours of fun for all ages!
House Rules with a Twist!
No Smoking, violations will be $500.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.
Pet Policy: We would love to have your dogs join you! We are happy to welcome up to 2 for a $300 fee per pet. Any undisclosed pet will be $500 per pet.
Trash Policy: Trash day is early Tuesday morning. Please be sure to have all of your trash put into the cans by Monday evening if you want the trash picked up. We will help get them to the curb.
Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.
Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.
Laundry: There is laundry in your unit on the first floor.
Parking Info: The driveway provides up to 6 parking spaces, please do not park on the street.
