Villa Beaumont is a beautiful modern villa in Southern France with a heated private pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for 4 guests and a baby. Set on a hillside, it offers breathtaking views over the rolling landscape. The villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed garden of no less than 6 acres, ensuring peace, space, and privacy.
Interior
Built in 2009, this holiday home in the Dordogne region is very comfortable, featuring underfloor heating and tasteful furnishings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The living room offers a spacious sitting area. Adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table with wonderful views over the private garden on two sides.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room, a washer and dryer are available.
Villa Beaumont has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:
• The master bedroom (16 m²) has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a toilet.
• The second bedroom (11 m²) features two single beds (90x200 cm) and a small wardrobe. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with a sink and spacious shower, plus a separate toilet.

Summary: The property was absolutely perfect for a family. The swimming pool was a great size and depth and it was amazing to be able to use all day every day. There is lots of pool furniture around the pool to make time spent around it very comfortable. The villa is large and very picturesque with tonnes of outdoor space.The bedrooms are large and have air con plus great bathrooms.The decor of the property is modern and looks fantastic. Parking is suitable for one vehicle and we did not have any security concerns at all.The kitchen is a great size and you have everything you need in the draws for you to cook and drink. We cooked every day and the kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and separate freezer.There is a large tv in the living room with netflix and speakers which was good to have.The area itself is lovely, issigeac is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of bars and restaurants even tho it is a small village. It also has a park, tennis courts and a small astro turf pitch for football which was very handy.Bergerac is just over 20 minutes drive and that is also a lovely town with more bars and restaurants.There aren’t many properties near the villa so it is a lovely private spot to holiday in.The property and the location are brilliant and we would definitely stay there again, in fact we intend to!
