Summary: While overall our family had a nice time the house can use some updating. The exterior and the pool house are very nice. Inside there is a lot of clutter from the owner throughout the house- it felt like we were staying with someone not like it was ours to use- there were items in every room (including many personal items in bathrooms and bedrooms). There was limited space to put things away in bedrooms bc the owner has so much of their own stuff throughout. The house is quite large but could use some updating- paint is needed throughout the house. Additionally the floors upstairs are very creaky so you can hear everyone walking very loudly which made it very hard to sleep. The house is listed as having AC and it did not. The owner was very responsive and had someone come add small units to the third floor but it should be noted there is no AC, it was quite warm and that was the reason we wanted AC. The property manager and owner were very responsive but the house definitely is not 4 Stars. Location was great and lots of things close by.
