Named for the story of a spring celebration of 19th century American pioneers, this lovely one-story contemporary home is rich with one of the hardest to find yet simplest of gifts, peace and quiet. Relax and listen to the sounds of nature from the lovely deck or take a hike around the tranquil wooded area. Settle into vacation mode in front of the fireplace with that book or magazine you have been meaning to read for a while now. The night sky will be amazing from the comfort of the outdoor hot tub.
