On a very unique spot in the Frisian nature lies this (semi-detached) vacation home on a country estate, close to the water sports villages of Akkrum and Grou. The estate is located on an island (It Eilân) in the middle of National Park De Alde Feanen (UNESCO World Heritage) and can only be reached by boat. The vacation home is equipped with all modern conveniences and luxuries: induction hobs, semi-professional espresso machine with ground coffee, steel pans, lux dinnerware and wine glasses (red and white), two refrigerators, ceramic BBQ (Takumi) and plate BBQ (Ofyr), soapstone stove, wifi and TV. Located on a private island, the house is beautifully situated and is surrounded by nature and surrounded by water. Do you love water sports and nature? Then this is the ultimate place. The rental price includes the use of: an optimist, a canoe, a supplank and life jackets. Especially for the children it also includes a trampoline, soccer field and a large raft with motor. The sailing routes from the vacation home connect to the larger lakes, the Frisian lakes (Pikmeer and Wijde Ee), the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea. You do your shopping easily with the sloop, which you can moor at the Jumbo supermarket in Grou. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the geese and in the evening enjoy a delicious glass of wine and sunset by the campfire pit? It's possible here. This place is a true nature experience. Please note that this house is only accessible by boat. There is a possibility to rent a sloop or a falcon from the House Owner.
