This is a truly stunning detached, family house. It has been designed with care, and decorated to a very high standard. It is located approx 5 minutes away (by car) from Calheta beach. And although there are a number of local amenities within a short walk of the house, car hire is recommended, in order to take full advantage of all there is to see and do on this beautiful island.
The nearest supermarket and traditional Madeiran restaurant is an about a 20 min walk from the house.

3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower, 1 wc)
Open plan kitchen and large living room

Bespoke BBQ/outdoor kitchen/dining area.
Large private swimming pool heated with a heat pump fees will apply € 30 per night if needed speak to the host . views across the Madeiran countryside.
Ideal for families with children (of all ages) and couples.

washing machine and tumble dryer (in laundry area).
Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) are included.
Bathroom towels are also included, as are beach towels for the pool.

There are a selection of toys (and books for U10s)
The house also has a built-in garage with space for 2-3 cars.
