Welcome to Vista Verde - A wonderful place to relax for days, weeks or even months! This charming villa is located among groves of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees – all growing on terraces built by the Moors 400 years ago. The scenery is spectacular, with fruit trees close by, panoramic views of the mountains, and a view of the Mediterranean sea to the south. The property benefits from sunshine all day and all year around.
The villa is an original stone house, authentic to the region, that has been fully renovated. It is situated on its own, with complete privacy among the citrus groves.
The villa is ideal for both summer and winter. The courtyard is shaded by two old olive trees, and Koi fish swim in the pond. There are multiple seating areas both in the sun and shade. By the swimming pool, there are sun beds to relax in and enjoy the great views and a table and chairs under a parasol. There is also a BBQ, fuelled by gas.
The property has 3 bedrooms. Inside the main house is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom next door. The third bedroom is located in a small building in the courtyard and contains a double bed - this bedroom is opened when there are more than 4 guests staying at the house. All bedrooms have cupboards/storage for clothes, and heating if needed. Fans are available for the summer nights.
The kitchen has a good size and is equipped with all you need to cook anything from breakfast to a large family dinner. This includes a large number of glassware, plates, cutlery, serving plates etc. It has a fantastic large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The dining area/living room has a wood burner.
The TV comes with a Skybox showing all the British terrestrial channels, and wi-fi is available at the property.
Just a short walk away, or an even shorter car journey, you'll find the local town of Bolulla where you will find a small shop, an ATM and Bar L'era, the local restaurant and bar. 10 minutes away are the towns Callosa and Tarbena, with cafes, restaurants and shops.
A car is a must, and, with it you are within reach of a variety of activities - within 35 minutes you can rock climb in the mountains, relax on the beach, or have some fun at Terra Mítica theme park or Aqualand.
The property is also a great base for walkers, cyclists, climbers and golfers - in fact, anyone who appreciates the great outdoors. The area is a mecca for biking and hiking, with spectacular scenery!
