The kitchen recently renovated, has a full size refrigerator, conventional oven and an island all facing the open living and dining areas. A beautiful stone fireplace with a gas insert will add to the ambiance and keep it warm on cool nights. There is a large Smart TV in front of two comfortable leather couches. The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with an adorable loft above. The Master bedroom has it own 1/2 bath, Smart TV and a queen size bed that is facing the River. The cozy second bedroom has two twin beds. The loft features a pull down ladder for easy access to a charming area that easily sleeps two. The new washer / dryer are conveniently located in their own laundry room. Wake up to the sunrise while sitting on the spacious deck that feels like it is on top of the water.
