The first floor has an open living/dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture and a flat screen television with cable and WiFi.
The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and an island with breakfast bar. Enjoy meals made with locally sourced ingredients at the dining table with seating for six. The first floor also has a half bath with washer/dryer.
The two bedrooms are on the second floor. The bedroom at the back of the house has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom at the front of the house has a queen bed. There is a second bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
This wonderful home has central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms with tile in the bathrooms.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
