Welcome to Bella Paradiso! This one-of-a-kind two-story 5 bedroom, 4-bathroom pool home is situated on a private street, with gated deeded beach access just steps away on Venice Island.
Bella Paradiso is located just 5 minutes from the world-famous Sharky’s On The Pier, where you and your loved ones can go and enjoy some fine dining while watching that gorgeous Florida sunsets. You are also just 4 minutes from Historic Downtown Venice where you will find 5-star dining, charming boutiques, and much more.
Upon entering the home, you will find yourself lost in how quiet and serene this neighborhood is. Through the front doors, you will find a lovely open concept floor plan. The spacious living room has a large “L” shaped leather sectional with an adjoining day chair. Adjacent is the breathtaking dining room, that has a gorgeous chandelier and seating for fourteen. The chef’s kitchen has an oversized island with six barstools and all high-end stainless-steel appliances. The second living room has a leather couch, an adjoining chair, and a chair with a footrest in front of the electric fireplace.
The first floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, and chairs to relax and unwind after a long day by the pool. Attached is the spa-inspired master bathroom. There is a custom walk-in closet, gorgeous dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling with a detachable showerhead. The second room was converted into a fitness center. There is a stunning view of the pool with all high-end gym equipment, and a chair that can fold out into a twin-size bed. Down the hall is the second bathroom that has an updated vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a high-top workstation for you to set up your next Zoom meeting, and plenty of closet space. The third bathroom has dual vanities, with a large walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling.
There is a kitchenette by the staircase leading to the second floor. This kitchenette offers the perfect outdoor/indoor living, with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool. The washer and dryer are on the first floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a long day of adventure. The jack and jill bathroom has an updated vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids! There are two bunk beds, with trundles that pull-out underneath. There is a Smart TV and ample amount of space for the nieces and nephews to enjoy!
Time for your outdoor paradise! The outdoor living space is enormous and is perfect for families who enjoy entertaining. There are two chaise loungers, a couch, and two adjoining day chairs. There are two outdoor dining tables with fire in the center, that can seat eight comfortably. You will find the backyard is lush with landscaping and there is a breathtaking Banyan Tree that has been there for decades.
