There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 8, the 4th bedroom has queen bed. Main bedroom has jacuzzi-tub, dual shower, coffee bar, screened-in porch. Tie your boat right to our dock. Boat ramp 1/4 mi. away. Game room has air hockey, foosball and pingpong. Visit nearby beaches.
PET POLICY: —we allow ONE small to medium sized pet (10 to 40 lbs), though we will make an exception for:
one (1) quiet, well-behaved larger sized pet over 40lbs. or two (2) small pets under 20lbs.

The "Oyster Bay House" is an ideal place to relax and recharge. Boat dock in your backyard. Put in at a public boat ramp only 1/4 mile away by canal, then tie up at our dock. House sleeps up to 8 adults. Xfinity internet with high-speed linksys router. Lots of decks space in front and back with lounge chairs. Game room with ping pong, air hockey and foosball, and board games for kids (monopoly, game of life, chutes and ladders, jenga tower) plus decks of cards for poker. Fully stocked kitchen. Several beaches in the area, just a short drive. We have beach chairs and umbrella. Bring a boat and tie up at our dock and be in the gulf waters in 2 minutes.
