Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We held a sibling reunion in August and found this home to be good for us. The kitchen is well stocked. We would have used the gas grill more if there had been more propane in the tank, or the extra tank had not been empty. We spent most of our time on the back deck. The outdoor fireplace would have been great also, if it had been functioning. Knowing the home is mostly used for winter rental, we overlooked the worn wood floors and well stained carpets. The chairs around the dining table were unglued making them rickety and a fall risk. None the less, some general maintenance is needed.
