Very quiet neighborhood. Centrally located in the heart of Miami, you will be staying just 10 minutes from the Airport. Only 15 mins to Brickell or Wynwood and 20 mins to the most desirable beach in Miami, South Beach.

We DO NOT allow PARTIES at our home. Quiet hours begin after 9pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
