It is a very practical house, ideal for two couples with children. Being in the center of town has all the comforts and services, even so, the street being semi-pedestrian is very quiet. Sports hall with swimming pool for the summer, health center, restaurants where you eat great, terraces with a very pleasant atmosphere ... even a music pub.
