Summary: The house does have a wonderful ocean view with a lovely outdoor terrace. You can't walk to the beach though. House is remote. No groceries or restaurants in walking distance. Groceries are 20 minutes away. House has one double bed and the rest single beds. Clean but very basic bed mattresses. The house is also adjacent to the owners house. Owner was very friendly.
