Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are in a great location! 25 minutes to Buffalo and literally minutes from Lake Erie and Evangola State Park. Relax with a quick swim during summer months. The driveway has ample parking and is also long enough to park a boat w/ a boat launch within a 5 min drive. We use this property as a vacation home so the kitchen is well stocked. The stairs to the second level are a bit steep so small children and people with mobility issues navigate carefully. We also have a pack n play for your kiddos to use. There is a ring doorbell on property. This is not monitored and only checked if there is an issue:) The area is wooded with a fire pit. Pets Welcome
