We are very careful with our home and take great pride in making sure it is a good fit for your family and visa versa. It's important for both and for ensuring you have a great vacation. We only rent a few weeks a year.

We are currently rented June 25 to Sept 5th. Quickest rental season in history. We leave the weeks open in case of cancellations and families want to put the name on a list to call in case of Cancellation. We also have a second home we are not renting but may down the line and will put folks on that list as well. See below.

Great home for family fun in the summer and tremendous for the fall and spring golfing groups. Dozens of fabulous courses within minutes.
HOME FEATURES: Five --- Two and a half Bathrooms,---All Baths and BR's recently updated with Pergo floors and freshly painted. (Four Bed rooms with Queen beds, One BR w/ Three Twin and one double bottom bunk),--- Eat in kitchen equipped with Microwave, Electric Range/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Lobster Pot, Iron/Board, Washer and Dryer, blender, ( you buy the pina coloda mix), board games abound --- Gas Grill, firepit, bring the S'mores
The garage is a large single car garage that is equipped with a full size ping pong table for those lovers of those afternoon family ping pong tournaments!
LOCATION FEATURES: 800 Feet to Beach, 9 houses to the water, you can see the water the second you step out of our yard onto the street, Close to Shopping, Golf, trampoline park,Inflatable Water Park, Fabulous Miniature Golf Courses, Go Carts, Driving Range, Bttin Cages and Great Restaurants. minutes from the House and less than 10 minute ride to ferries for day trips to Historic Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket island!
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids can play safely in the front yard. Little traffic. As an additional note, it is very important for renters understand the home is non-smoking. Family allergies prevent us from anything different.
Regarding pricing, we point out that the cost of a decent hotel one room for one week in the summer is $2700.
The Hampton Inn in West Yarmouth. Our price is approx. $4,500. The cost of approximately 1 1/2 rooms but en entire house with amenties, beach chairs, own patio, walk to the beach etc.
