Newly remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ranch! Close to local colleges, 10 miles to downtown Rochester attractions, and 7 miles from Rochester airport. Easy access to I-390 and I-90, one mile from Wegmans, and conveniently located near many other amenities.
Fully renovated in 2019, this 1200 sq. ft. ranch is perfect for families, small groups, or traveling professionals. Full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout the house, two full bathrooms, dining room, central air, lots of natural light and plenty of closet space!
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, mixing bowls, drip coffee maker and a Keurig. I also supply pantry basics such as salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and tea. There is a pub table with seating for two in the kitchen and a large dining table with seating for 6 in the dining room.
Guests have full access to the entire property, including driveway, backyard and patio. Washer and dryer located in the basement and a propane grill out back!
While I do not have a broad stroke “pets allowed” policy, I am open to conversations regarding pets on a case-by-case basis. In the event I accept your pet request, I will collect an additional pet cleaning fee.
