The 2,428 square foot floor plan features a Great Room with a double-sided gas fireplace, a welcoming living room, and a bonus bunk room with video games. The tree-lined backyard is a woodsy backdrop for afternoons spent swimming and sunbathing.
A floor-to-ceiling, double-sided gas fireplace sits center stage in the Great Room. This cozy space features high ceilings, skylights, and fine furnishings. The 50” TV invites laid-back movie nights. Downstairs, the living room is a comfortable retreat outfitted with a wet bar and Golden Tee golf arcade game.
A full suite of stainless steel appliances awaits in the well-equipped kitchen. The gas range makes stovetop cooking simple, and fine tile backsplash lines ample counter space. Three can keep the chef company at the kitchen island. When it’s time to eat, serve family-style feasts at a dining table for 10. An elegant chandelier and a gas fireplace with stone surround complement the stylish space.
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms and a bonus room equipped with a 48” TV with a Sega Genesis. Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the tranquil primary suite. The bright en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower. Both the second and third bedroom have a plush queen bed. A pair of comfy queen beds and a 46” flat-screen can be found in the fourth bedroom. A guest bathroom features a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. Another bathroom is configured with a sparkling walk-in shower.
The shimmering pool and hot tub (open from the beginning of June to October, weather permitting) beckon in the tree-lined backyard. Stretch out on the pool deck and soak up the sunshine between refreshing swims. Enjoy morning coffee at a high-top table on the front porch. The spacious multilevel deck has everything you need for an evening cookout. Make use of the gas grill, then gather around a 10-person picnic table.
