Enjoy tranquility and comfort in our charming studio with pool and gorgeous garden just 600 m from the 5 km long beach in Nice.
Our air-conditioned studio is located on the 2nd floor in a residence with communal pool and dreamlike garden as well as garden pavilion which invites you to relax, jeu de boules and table tennis.
Our studio is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs.
It has a 21m² living/dining room with high quality double sofa bed with open kitchen and direct access to the balcony.
Please note that we only accept 2 adults + 1 baby/toddler (up to max. 3 years), which can sleep in a travel cot. Under no circumstances do we rent to 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child over 3 years which requires a bed.
For your baby/toddler we provide a baby travel cot free of charge.
In addition, our studio has a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet.
Of course it is equipped with TV and internet. Laundromat in the residence (chargeable).
Additional costs (to be paid on the spot):
Final cleaning /EUR 45,00 (if requested)
electricity, water EUR 15/week or EUR 3,50/day
Towel and bed linen package can be booked on request for EUR 15/person.
Private underground parking space on request bookable against 10,00 Euro/day (please ask in advance)
As far as the final cleaning is concerned, we leave it up to our guests to decide whether they would like us to do it for them (45.00 Euro) or whether they would rather do it themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded to guests who wish to do it themselves on the day of departure, if the apartment is left in the same condition, i.e. in absolutely perfect condition, as it was upon arrival. (plan about 1.5 hrs for this).
Free parking outside the residence.
The access to the residence and the pool (open usually from June to September) are protected by a digital code, so that only residents have access here, so that you as guests have peace and intimacy. The deck chairs seen in the photo are no longer there.
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is of course allowed on the terrace.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this studio.
The residence is located in the west of Nice in the upscale and green district of Fabron only 400 m from the 5 km long beach of the Promenade des Anglais. All shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ect.) are within 200 to 500 m distance. A bus stop is practically directly in front of the residence.
Arrival from 14.00 - 18.00 (Monday to Saturday). Departure from 08.00. After 18.00 or before 08.00, as well as on Sundays/holidays, we will not be able to receive you/see you off. (We have a concierge service for this, who will receive/see you off between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30,00 Euro, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50,00 Euro, if you leave before 08:00 30,00 Euro and arrival and departure on Sunday/holiday 50,00 Euro each). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70,00 Euro
The guest leaves the apartment completely cleaned and tidy if he has not booked final cleaning. If final cleaning was booked, the guest leaves the apartment pre-cleaned.
