Summary: I have been coming to St. Rémy for over twenty years, and I visit a handful of places yearly in the area with dedication and passion. Having stayed at Le Saint Remy Hotel for a week with my family, I am happy to say that I have found a new favourite place that has captured my heart, just as Jean André Charial and Baumanière in Les Baux-de-Provence managed to do two decades ago.So, if you find yourself drawn to Provence and St. Remy, I highly recommend Le Saint Remy Hotel, just as I would tell anyone they cannot visit this region without having a meal at Baumanière.
