Spend the day at the beach at Schoolhouse Pond, a freshwater kettle pond great for swimming and paddle boarding (plus, it has a parking lot - beach sticker required.) Also, a great beach for kids as the water is calm and crystal clear. Another great spot is Jackknife Beach, where you can explore the sandy bars of Pleasant Bay. Visit quaint downtown Chatham for some retail therapy, a great meal at one of the many restaurants, or a night at the movies.
