Summary: I booked for one night to celebrate a birthday. The host was so nice and very accommodating; I was allowed to decorate and check out a little late the next day! The only small issue was getting the check-in info a little late. I would recommend texting the host, as sometimes they were faster to respond than via the website/app.The space itself was great: nice TV, plenty of seats, and temp regulation as impeccable. I expected it to be chilly in there since it's an older house, but it's very cozy! The size was perfect for gathering of 20ish people-- the host also allowed a few more than the limit listed (emphasis on A FEW- don't go overboard and ask first!).Also, a very convenient location. Anyone visiting from out of town found the address without issue and could take the train (5 min walk away) or the bus (drops you right in front). It's also a very short drive from 30th St. Station There is parking right out front but FYI: it is a 2 hr. limit until 8pm. You can park on the side street for free though!All in all it was a great place and I'm so glad I booked!!
