There are two Kings and 1 Queen Bed in 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one being a master with private bath and patios, plus a bunk room with two twin beds on the first floor, and a loft with full size futon on the 3rd floor. Large Kitchen with sitting area that opens to screened in heated pool with over 2000 sq ft of decking. Private lot in cul-de-sac. Fenced yard with back gate opening to back road straight into Seaside community and walkway to beaches, shops, and dining. Cannot get much closer to the beach without paying for beachfront. Small well trained pets allowed on a case by case basis with additional pet fee.
