3 Bedroom House in Ocean City

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! The apartment is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room, full kitchen, full equipment, 2 parking, wifi 2 bathrooms, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. All three bedrooms have two double beds. Also, there are two full bathrooms. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night.

Summary: Great place to stay, only a block off the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the front balcony. Typical of your older OC apartment buildings, so you won't get the fancy new look. Just fine with me, don't need the expensive places. Owners easy to work with. Just so you know, apt 3 and 4 are on the second floor and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Cross street for this on 12th, so pretty close to action on the boardwalk. Yes, I would go back, and this same apartment.
